Join a pioneering team in their scale-up phase. We are a venture backed startup that has already gained market traction and is currently catalyzing market adoption. As Business Development Manager at ecoLocked, you are at the center of decarbonizing the construction sector!
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic person to spearhead our expansion into the French market. This role offers a unique opportunity to join our growing team, play a pivotal role in establishing and fostering customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiations.
  • Become an expert on concrete & decarbonization technologies and understand our solution in detail.
  • Collaborate closely with the tech team to provide the best solutions to the customers.
  • Assist in developing & executing strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Represent the company on networking events and industry relevant exhibitions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends & competitors and gather intelligence to identify opportunities and risks.

  • You are fluent in English and French, German is a plus
  • You are experienced in technical sales and know how to sell hardware solutions OR
  • You have a track record of managing large, complex projects or programs as a PMO
  • You have strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • You are structured, pragmatic, result-driven, and experienced in dealing with complexity & ambiguity
  • You are willing to travel regularly within Europe
  • You are passionate about a positive climate impact and cannot wait to contribute
