Description:

Working within our dedicated home loan team in a Business Development role, you will use your exemplary communication skills to develop strategic relationships with mortgage brokers, positioning Macquarie home loans.

What role you will play?
In this role, you will use your existing sales and credit knowledge to prospect, qualify, educate, and manage brokers. A background in credit or similar lending role will assist to effectively manage a pipeline of brokers to successfully qualify, educate and convert broker opportunities and generate positive business outcomes. Joining an exceptionally high performing and accountable team your key deliverables will include achieving monthly sales targets, conversions, quality, compliance, and KYC.
