BUILDINGS DIVISION

Maple Reinders is expanding our Business Development team and we are looking for a Business Development Manager to support our National Team’s strategic growth in the Lower Mainland, Interior, Calgary, Edmonton, and surrounding regions.
The BD Manager will be responsible for driving new business through the identification, development and pursuit of quality leads that result in winning projects. Our focus is on building successful relationships within the industry and providing value-add construction solutions as we establish long term partnerships with our valued customers.

Your energy and passion for business development and construction will be demonstrated through your proven experience and involvement in:

  • Identifying, developing, and pursuing quality opportunities in line with National BD goals and objectives.
  • Assisting in the preparation and execution of a sales plan for target markets/clients in alignment with our differentiators and vision.
  • Establishing effective contact and relationships with prospective clients and partners within the industrial target markets.
  • Developing and pursuing quality leads by providing clients with advice, planning, coordination, services, etc. as it relates to their construction and expansion projects.
  • Collaborating and working closely with the National BD Team and sector leads to determine client needs/expectations, formulate proposals, and negotiate with clients, ensuring client’s needs are met and profitable projects are secured for Maple.

Salary: $100,000 -$135,000 (based on experience) + (vehicle allowance, gas card, commission)
