ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Prospect for potential new customers and convert into new business
  • Networking and prospect engagement through social media channels, networking events, cold calling and traditional relationship building to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
  • Research, build and develop key prospect customer relationships and identify key decision makers
  • Provides effective presentation and engagement to prospect stakeholder audience through varying communication channels
  • Works effectively with multi-level internal departments (Finance, Marketing, Account Management, Implementation, Operations) to increase sales opportunities and optimise revenue by creating proposals that solve a customer’s needs, concerns and objectives.
  • Negotiate, convert and closes deal to completion, handling objectives by providing solutions and/or compromise in order to work through a situation to a positive conclusion, using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
  • Manage contract process in conjunction with legal, including negotiation and agreement to the satisfaction of all parties.
  • Maintains extensive proposition, market and competitor knowledge.
  • Maintains a comprehensive and creative commercial approach to financial solutions
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the customer’s and Brighter expectations
  • Attend industry, sector and customer events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and trends.
  • Present and consult with all levels of management on business trends and the voice of the customer with a view to developing and enhancing products and services
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop Brighter unique selling propositions and differentiators

Responsibilities:

Prospect, develop and convert new customers by various networking and communication channels. Plan and enact persuasive sales engagement that convinces potential customers to award their contract to Agiito against individual and collective team targets and to effectively promote and sell all proposition items offered by Agiito. Fully understand and manage the end to end bid process including prior engagement, presentation and commercial negotiation.
