Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and industry events.
- Liaise with stakeholders, attend accident sites and maintain workflow between Brisbane and Townsville.
- Establish working relationships with the Heavy Towing industry in order to drive prospective works inwards
- Build a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new ones.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide solutions that align with the company’s services.
- Maintain constant contact with Centre Managers to maximise leads and client expansion within the industry. Work with Centre Managers and devise ways to best serve their clients.
- Develop and adhere to a territory call plan. Call plan must include frequency rate of all customers with strong focus on their requirements.

- Strong Account Management experience within the Heavy Vehicle Industry
- Exceptional knowledge of the industry and technical requirements to support operational improvements.
- Highly developed problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong in areas of initiative, planning/organisation, time management, customer satisfaction and self -motivation.
