Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and industry events.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, attend accident sites and maintain workflow between Brisbane and Townsville.
  • Establish working relationships with the Heavy Towing industry in order to drive prospective works inwards
  • Build a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new ones.
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide solutions that align with the company’s services.
  • Maintain constant contact with Centre Managers to maximise leads and client expansion within the industry. Work with Centre Managers and devise ways to best serve their clients.
  • Develop and adhere to a territory call plan. Call plan must include frequency rate of all customers with strong focus on their requirements.

  • Strong Account Management experience within the Heavy Vehicle Industry
  • Exceptional knowledge of the industry and technical requirements to support operational improvements.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong in areas of initiative, planning/organisation, time management, customer satisfaction and self -motivation.
