Responsibilities:
We have an opportunity to join our Retail Distribution function as a Business Development Manager based in Adelaide.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships and partnerships with key adviser practices. Through these relationships and your engagement, you will successfully identify opportunities to advocate MLC Life Insurance’s proposition and win business.
Leveraging solution-based selling, you will execute ‘take to market’ initiatives, onboard, enable, and influence advisers to achieve education aim and sales targets. This role will engage with advisers through both virtual and face to face channels as appropriate to the needs of each practice.
Working within the broader national team, you will build and execute on business plans and campaigns in alignment with key MLC Life market messages focusing on new business growth and retention in accordance with our strategy.
