Description:
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience selling one or more of the following services and solutions to corporate clients: ITO, App Dev/AMS & Digital Services solutions such as Cybersecurity, AI, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, Data Analytics, etc.
- Existing relationships with Sr. Executives in both IT and Business functions with targeted companies.
- Superior verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through sales, relationship development, and strategic leadership. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a growth mindset and can-do attitude, and demonstrates initiative, a competitive drive, and the ability to remain focused on results despite changing conditions. Confidence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to engage others are essential.

- Cold calling to create interest in Stefanini services, create new business leads, and manage the sales cycle.
- Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up calls.
- Develop and present proposals, solutions, and pricing models to win and grow accounts.
- Sell solutions to corporate clients across multiple verticals.
- Manage multi-million-dollar revenue volume.
- Responsible for contract development and negotiation.
- Consistently reach and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/goals.
