QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have an existing network within the Hunter region to leverage off in both retail and wholesale sectors
  • Be across recent NCC changes and requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years in the residential volume home building /development industry
  • Sound knowledge of Building Regulations, Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards related to residential construction, Greenfields Housing Code & Planning outcomes
  • Well-developed organisational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and control own workload and team
  • Strong change management skills and abilities, positive attitude, resourceful & resilient.
  • Ability to keep up to date with technological changes.
  • Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold Display Team and RDD initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to contribute towards the development and implementation of Display programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the organization
  • Approachable, supportive and fair to staff to ensure they feel engaged and assist them in setting their career path and skills they need to acquire to meet their goals.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to resolve complex issues
  • Ability to influence others, communicate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and see projects through to completion
