JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of the business setup industry in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving company growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the business setup or related industry in Dubai.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of business setup procedures in Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore sectors in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote Nurshq Services LLC and expand the company’s network.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results.
