COMPANY OVERVIEW:

This industry leading education provider to the aged care market is looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to their team. This is a company is looking for a driven salesperson who has a proven track record of prospecting and winning new business.

Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring high volume and quality sales activity
  • Taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to presenting to closing
  • Generating sales strategies to overcome obstacles and continue to drive new business revenue in a virtual manner (in-person restrictions in aged and home care facilities)
  • Maintaining an up to date CRM (salesforce)

About you:

To be considered for interview you will have:

  • Proven track record of developing business in a B2B setting
  • Genuine hunter mentality and passion for developing sales strategies for new business
  • A strong ability to work autonomously with proven high volume calls and engagement
  • Self motivated and ability to take ownership of target and customers
  • Having experience selling education services or to the aged/home care demographic is ideal but not a necessity
