As the linchpin between clients, sales channels, and the company, you’ll leverage your 5-10 years of relationship management experience, preferably in financial services, and a BCom or related degree to drive success. Your ability to confidently represent the company, deliver compelling presentations, and execute winning sales strategies will be paramount.
Proficiency in IT, marketing, and financial analysis will empower you to navigate complex business environments, while your strategic mindset will drive business growth and foster collaboration across departments.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- BCom or other Commerce related degree.
- Marketing knowledge
- IT and information systems advantageous
- 5-10 years of relationship management experience (preferably in financial services).
- B-BBEE knowledge base an advantage.
- Able to present comfortably to larger groups and audiences, including Boards of Directors
- Excellent sales strategy skills with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent prospecting skills, networking, persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong ability in financial analysis, forecasting, project costing, and budgets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
