We are offering our ideal Business Development Manager (BDM) the opportunity to join a high-performing workplace and be an integral part of our exciting growth plans. The BDM will be responsible for researching and identifying potential clients or business opportunities that align with the company’s objectives and target markets. You will have a busy and varied role, the type of environment you thrive in! You might be at an industry event networking, or cold calling potential leads, or working hard at a compelling proposal and presentation to pitch products or services to our potential clients. You might be attending training to keep your industry knowledge up to date, negotiating terms with clients or vendor pricing, preparing quotations, or working with our cross-functional teams across the country.   • Previous sales experience at corporate and executive level.
  • A background in the AV/IT/Technology industries.
  • Proven history in seeking, developing, managing and maintaining business relationships.
  • Amazing communication and negotiation skills
  • Sound business acumen, strong business ethics and culture.
  • Methodical approach, attention to detail, strategic thinking.
  • Socially aware, well-mannered, considerate.
