Your New Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Blue Collar team in Mulgrave. You will focus primarily on business development with new clients who require temporary and permanent workers in the Warehouse and Manufacturing space.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Business development with Warehouse and Manufacturing clients
  • Building, growing and nurturing your client accounts
  • Occasionally assisting in recruitment for temp/perm roles

About You:

  • Experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in Sales e.g. Real Estate or Car sales.
  • You enjoy client engagement
  • You love to work in a busy environment
  • Works well in a cohesive and cooperative team environment
  • Have a valid driver’s licence
