About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Full-Time Building Business Development Manager for the Christchurch Region. As a true hunter in sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with new customers, building and maintaining strong relationships, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to seize new business opportunities.

What you bring:

• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and hitting targets
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide solutions
• Knowledge or experience within the construction industry, particularly bathrooms and plumbing, is highly advantageous
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Solution-focused with attention to detail and great time management
