This leading global provider of turbomachinery has relationships with key industries and clients across Australia and are keen to strengthen their WA operation with a newly created Business Development Manager position.
With a commitment to innovation and excellence, they are poised for rapid growth and are looking for a dynamic individual to drive their business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and new market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles within a rotating equipment environment
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
