Business Development Manager Recurring Value EMEA (f/m/d)

  • Develop and execute EMEA strategy for resin, training and design service
  • Work closely with North America team to understand best practices
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, promotional material and direct marketing campaigns for Resins, Cloud Design and Training
  • Develop close relationships with Area Sales Managers across the region to drive the business Resins, Cloud Design and Training
  • Interact with Channel Partners across the EMEA region to increase awareness and revenue for
  • Collaborate as a key contributor with the Resin, Cloud Design and Training teams to adjust solutions to EMEA customer needs
  • Provide thought leadership, training, and awareness on all aspects of recurring revenue to Marketing, Customer Support, Sales, Training, etc.
  • Develop and directly manage SprintRay’s EMEA inside sales partners, starting in Germany and the UK
  • Lead qualification via Salesforce CRM and creation of efficient automation strategies
  • Supports IT and Digital Marketing teams to build an ecommerce solution for EMEA
  • Support local trade shows, congresses and sales events

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a of Business Development Manager for growth companies
  • BS/Masters’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Dental Industry/ Digital Dentistry (Direct/Channel Sales) experience
  • Solid sales experience in B2B environment
  • Experience in leading sales teams, preferably inside sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Experience creating and managing to sales performance metrics
  • Track record of quickly addressing customer concerns
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and Account management systems
  • Fluent in both English and German, French language skills are an advantage
