Job description
Are you a driven, energetic, and ambitious individual looking for an incredible long-term career? This high-profile real estate group is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join their multi-office network across the North Shore and Northern Beaches.
With a base salary of up to $120,000 plus commissions, you could earn over $150,000 per year! As their new Business Development Manager, you’ll work with a sales team of around 25 agents to gain leads, sign up managements, and then hand them to the Leasing Manager.
This is a Monday to Friday role, perfect for someone seeking a work-life balance. You’ll have the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week, attend annual conferences, and enjoy this incredible team culture with great camaraderie.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager
• A current Real Estate License or Certificate
• Solid knowledge of the North Shore & Northern Beaches
• Confident at winning new business
• Able to build strong relationships with potential landlords
• Confident in calling through databases
• A proven networker with outstanding communication skills
