The Role
Job Description: • Develop relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Spec Writers, Developers, construction managers, and general contractors to increase preference and demand for companies’ products. • Build new business relationship on the market by bringing new leads and establishing new relationships with the construction sector: architectural & interior design Studios, fit out companies and contractors. • Specify the brand to the required standards in the BOQ. • Collaborate with all stakeholders in the project cycle such as developer, operator, interior designer, consultant, and contractor to successfully achieve sales and project positive brand perceptions. • Create specifications according to requirements and budgets within the design stage.
Requirements
Position Title: Business Development Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive plus commission Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-established company offering a wide range of architectural products including ceramic, porcelain, tiles, and marbles. Qualifications: • Female, 38 years old and below • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Architecture, and Design • At least 2 years’ experience in Specification roles with Architects and Consultants within the Construction Management, Fit Out or Building Materials industry • Must have valid UAE driving license
