Responsibilities:
Execution: Hands-on sales by convincing new clients to work with us
- Responsibility for the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to close
- Test and implement ways to generate new outbound leads
- Proactive contact with decision makers via phone, email and social media
- Preparation and development of sales and RFP materials
- Carrying out demos, negotiation, contract conclusion and support with implementation
- Preparation of call scripts and templates
- Organization of sales academies to train sales staff
Strategy: Support in setting up our B2B sales organization
- Development of a market and product-based lead scoring for potential customers
- Definition and structuring of a data-driven / KPI-based lead funnel
- Build, train and lead a team of sales people
- Presenting our product at industry related trade shows and conferences
- Establishing partnerships and collaborating with industry influencers
- Coordinated with our marketing team to generate multiple inbound leads
- Research into customer needs and development of solution approaches together with our product team
