Responsibilities:

Execution: Hands-on sales by convincing new clients to work with us

  • Responsibility for the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to close
  • Test and implement ways to generate new outbound leads
  • Proactive contact with decision makers via phone, email and social media
  • Preparation and development of sales and RFP materials
  • Carrying out demos, negotiation, contract conclusion and support with implementation
  • Preparation of call scripts and templates
  • Organization of sales academies to train sales staff

Strategy: Support in setting up our B2B sales organization

  • Development of a market and product-based lead scoring for potential customers
  • Definition and structuring of a data-driven / KPI-based lead funnel
  • Build, train and lead a team of sales people
  • Presenting our product at industry related trade shows and conferences
  • Establishing partnerships and collaborating with industry influencers
  • Coordinated with our marketing team to generate multiple inbound leads
  • Research into customer needs and development of solution approaches together with our product team
