  • Direct Procurement and 3rd party supplier negotiation experience in the assigned territory
  • Track record of over-achieving quota Sales – Gross profits
  • Strategic thinker, planner, and tactical execution of ideas, budgets, and targets
  • Target-driven and result oriented
  • Social Media savvy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Regional-Local networks)
  • Experience working with CRM system and its principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong listening and presentation skills

Aufgaben

Responsibilities:

  • Create & Achieve Regional Sales Plans and Business Growth Strategies for the markets
  • Set Sales targets
  • Diversification across Source Market / Customer / Product
  • Develop a strategy to acquire new agents
  • Create an Engagement Plan for Active Agents
  • Monitor the performance of Active Agents and work towards enhancing Share of MRD
  • Lead MRD’s representations at industry events in the region
  • Execute tactical Sales Promotions in the region
  • Manage the Sales expenses of the Region
  • Leadership oversight & mentoring of the regional team (Customer service, Accounts)
  • Acquire and enable Key regional supplier onboarding and relationships
  • Responsible for credit decisions and execution of Credit policy in the region
  • Ensure minimal Chargebacks/ Bad Debts
  • Lead the team and ensure the development of team members
  • Be responsible for the engagement, learning & motivation of the team
