Description:

Responsibilities:-

  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives;
  • Keep up with the latest market and industry development landscape, define the company market positioning strategy, work closely with the company leadership and cross functional management team to design and execute the company’s business strategy;
  • Identify and develop top tie construction companies at each region/country especially specialized in the geotechnical market; Build, maintain and expand relationship network in key market areas;
  • Coordinate cross-functional team to discuss with potential global partners and support customer inquiries and due diligence;
  • Work with all tendering stakeholders to develop value propositions relevant to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives;
  • Participate in the tendering process and prepare commercial proposals as required;
  • Participate in pricing the solutions/services;
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion;
  • Manage client expectations in respect of service delivery: keep client informed of any issues and or forward planning;
  • By routine monitoring ensure that all project activity is aligned with contractual obligations and entitlements.
  • Other tasks nominated by lead management, potential to promote the position to secretary of the board.

Requirement:-

  • Minimum bachelors degree with Engineering background, Civil / Geotechnical Engineering preferably ;
  • At least 10 years’ experience in project management, client relationship management,engineering, and / or a business development role, preferably in a construction industry ;
  • Strong sense of cross-culture understanding and communication skills, enthusiasm in entrepreneurship and leadership and willing to take responsibilities;
  • Strong personality, goal-minded and proactive approach to teamwork, development of relationships, and a tenacity to seek out all possible opportunities ;
  • Ability to work independently to develop the business delivery role, increasing the customer base and ultimately ;
  • Proficiency in English language. Preference will be shown for other linguistic ability (Japanese significant plus)
