SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience as an Account Manager or BDM with track record of growing revenue in a territory
- Background in hardware, tools or building materials industries is a bonus
- Experience selling into commercial building sector
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Constantly work towards meeting and exceeding key business objectives
- Passion to strategically grow a business & be more to your clients than just a representative
- Be diligent with your reporting processes
- Track record of demonstrating values of trust, integrity & a strong work ethic

DUTIES
- Sourcing new opportunities to drive revenue through the commercial building sector
- Educating commercial builders on product range, service capabilities & innovation updates to increase market awareness
- Meeting and exceeding sales, margin & GP targets
- Strengthening business growth and identifying additional target markets, customers and potential new product lines
- Disciplined & strategic business planning & reporting
- Relationship development with key clients
- Travel when required to maintain strong relationships
