Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager - Software Defined Automation!
Are you ready to drive sales engagement and be part of a dynamic team in a cutting-edge environment? We are seeking a self-motivated and driven individual with a “must win” mindset to support and drive sales engagement for the EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EaE) offering within a specific geography. You will play a pivotal role in enabling and supporting country sales teams and partners to position EaE as best in class, while being the liaison between sales teams and customers to our EaE Center of Excellence. If you are an early adopter with a sense of commercial intensity and experience in solution selling through a consultative approach, we want to hear from you!

Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Create and execute a multiyear growth plan aligned with product road maps
  • Guide country sales teams to grow sales and market share for EaE
  • Develop and deploy growth programs, initiatives, and winning strategies to targeted customers and sub-segments on EaE
  • Launch and promote new features, functions, and libraries on EaE into the market
  • Conduct market analysis to identify gaps and position EaE as the leading solution

We don’t want to narrow the field; however, we do believe that instrumental to your success in this role will be the following skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in Industrial Automation or Industrial Software portfolios
  • Experience in launching new products and offerings into the market
  • Strong understanding of IIOT and the convergence between IT and OT
  • Experience in consultative selling techniques and working with strategic partners and distributor channels
  • Degree in engineering and/or software. MBA is an asset
