Description:

Due to business growth, we are recruiting for a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth. You will be joining our highly successful sales team who are passionate about helping care providers to provide better quality of care through adopting proven digital transformation. With experience in direct software sales, you will develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s market presence and achieve long-term business objectives.
This is a remote position responsible for your own territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build relationships with prospects at a senior level
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals
  • Identify opportunities to sell the full portfolio of PCS products and services
  • Develop and deliver compelling demos to potential customers
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain CRM systems (HubSpot and DealHub) with accurate sale information
