Job Description:
The Pacific Zone (AU & NZ) Sales Organization, part of our Global “Services” Business, caters to diverse customer types and industries such as manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, data centres, healthcare, retail, utilities, and mining. Our Sales teams deliver customised solutions that optimise efficiency, promote sustainability, and drive digital transformation for our installed base customers; in both a territory, and segment type, attachment-sales model.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an annual sales plan and provide ongoing account management
- Educate customers on offers, products, and services (e.g., including recurring and digital offers)
- Consultative Selling of our full Services portfolio; across our supported verticals
- Provide key information to the Tender Team in preparation of sales quotations and bid proposals
- Act as key account conduit by overseeing ongoing activities with the customer (e.g., orders, delivery) and seeking intervention/support from internal teams, when needed
- Utilise our CRM for sales funnel management, account planning, performance, and opportunity detection
- Share Offer feedback and customer intel to our Marketing teams
- Provide sales/pipeline forecasts, and account planning, in line with Key Reporting milestones
- Collaborate, engage and “Achieve Together” across our Internal Sales Support, Specialist Technical and Vertical BU stakeholders.
