As the subject matter expert on all things Recruitment and Market Trends, you will be responsible for growing the existing book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Sales focused, develop, and execute strategies for achieving sales growth targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure successful recruitment campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on market trends and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Foster a sales-driven culture within the recruitment team, with an emphasis on exceeding targets and continuous improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, candidates, and internal teams, to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
