Skills, experience, and personal attributes:
Applicable technical qualifications with at least 8 years post-qualification experience.
International experience would be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of systems and automation.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Knowledge of challenges faced when trading in Global territories.
Strategic thinker who can translate strategy into real business solutions and actions.
Ability to couple technical knowledge with a sound level of commercial acumen and common sense.
Excellent presentation skills and able to engage at different levels.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire respect and also build relationships (both internally & externally).
A self-starter with eagerness to learn and grow commercially as the business develops, with a “can do” and proactive approach to work.
A strong confident leader unafraid to challenge when required.
