  • Experience or knowledge surrounding the Criminal Justice System (desirable

Many in our community suffer from serious mental health issues that can cause them to suffer repeated admissions to the hospital or criminal justice systems. Our mission is to provide a stable environment built on safety, respect and trust that helps to keep them safe and break the cycle while living a different live of their choosing.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in establishing strategic partnerships to identify potential clients interested in disability services. Your sales expertise will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our market reach, leading to significant impact and success in breaking through sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute local BD and relationship management strategies.
  • Engage regularly with cold and warm external stakeholders to foster relationships.
  • Represent The Unity Project at expos, events, forums, and networking opportunities.
  • Identify and lead business development opportunities.Create sales strategies and cultivate a culture of high-paced work environment, meeting KPIs.
