Position Details:

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 + super + uncapped commission (potential earnings of $30,000 in commission) PLUS

As our Business Development Manager, you will leverage your expertise to build and nurture relationships with our existing portfolio of luxury residential architects and designers. Your experience with high-end products in the design/retail world will shine as you provide an industry-leading sales experience. You will be the face of our company, presenting and sharing information about our premium products and services with passion and knowledge. With an innate understanding and enthusiasm for the design industry, you will foster relationships with our valued retail clients, arranging meetings to expand your network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers, driving repeat purchases.
  • Liaising with procurement, finance, and our warehouse to ensure a seamless client experience and sales process.
  • Working towards personal and team sales targets and goals, consistently striving for success.
  • Conducting client outreach through appointment setting, maximizing our reach and impact.
  • Showcasing a deep understanding of manufacturing processes (desirable) to provide comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Self-motivation and a driven attitude to absorb a diverse range of products, continuously expanding your expertise.
  • Demonstrating a proven sales and customer service background, delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.
  • Exhibiting a true passion for architecture, interiors, and design, fueling your dedication to our industry.

A background in furniture, fabrics, building materials, interior design, luxury goods, or premium brand environments will be highly valued.
