Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Do you have a flair for sales, business development and interest in IT? Are you also a goal- and results driven person? As a Business Development Manager at TD SYNNEX Norway you are working with latest technological solutions and world class brands!
As a Business Developer Manager - VMware, you will be responsible for VMware sales, growth plans internally, and to drive them in specific strategic segments. You will be a part of a large Software and Cloud team, working with the largest IT resellers in Norway and the Nordics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work closely with VMware Norway and be a valuable member of the Hybrid Cloud team working closely with our hardware and software team.
  • Executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment with the agreed strategy to grow profitable market share.
  • Drive sales and marketing across the VMware portfolio including new product launches and other business development initiatives in order to optimize results.
  • Have a clear understanding of TD SYNNEX and VMware’s value proposition and demonstrate ability to communicate internally and externally.
  • Interact directly with sales leaders and other team members to capture feedback and share best practice on business, technology, and process improvements.
  • Enable and support the hardware and software teams to win and grow share of wallet and maximize rebate opportunities.
  • As a BDM you will also find new partners/resellers and by conveying the VMware value proposition onboard them as a TD SYNNEX reseller in the Norwegian market.
