Description:
CPM Ireland, in partnership with Vodafone Business, are recruiting for Business Development Manager to drive sales and promote the Vodafone portfolio of products. If you have a retail or sales background with set KPI’s to achieve and are looking to work for an award-winning global network, then we want to hear from you! Basic salary up to €39,000 and un-capped commission + €4,000 loyalty bonus, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm + more perks!
ESSENTIAL:
- Full driving licence and own vehicle
- Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly and monthly
- Work on own initiative and continually looking for ways to improve sales performance
- Positive mindset interacting with customer, colleagues and client
- Teamwork orientated individual able to share best practice and add to positive team dynamic
- Strong analysis and judgement skills to prioritise and focus on best opportunities
- Self-motivation and drive to deliver consistent results
- Demonstrate a belief in the importance of the customer and a willingness to meet and exceed customer expectation
- F2F sales experience within the Telecoms market desirable
- Understanding of the Vodafone portfolio and wider telecoms market
- Awareness of the Irish Business Arena at local and national levels to maintain pipeline
- Experience with a CRM tool
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create and build positive customer relationships
- Strong written skills for preparing proposals to customers and feedback to management/client
Responsibilities:
THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE ARE:
- Manage a territory selling directly to SME (Small Medium Enterprise) and SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) customers and achieve and exceed agreed sale targets.
- Journey planning to maximise efficiency within your assigned territory.
- Telephone appointment setting
- Face to face selling to decision makers and completing applications accurately on behalf of the customer.
- Represent CPM and Vodafone in a consistently professional manner.
- Competent IT Skills to report daily activity in field. Be comfortable working with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
