YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Vice President, Transit, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for our Charters Division in Northern Ontario, with a proven track record in identifying and developing new business opportunities for growth, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for charter sales through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and referral-based marketing.
- Develop a dynamic marketing plan targeting a variety of new & trusted industries to promote charters and shuttles for several markets and locations in Ontario There will be a heavy focus on developing our Business targeted charter services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and business associations and establish new ones to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and follow-up with clients post-sale.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee and work with a team of Charter Specialists across Ontario to build a cohesive approach to bookings and pricing
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our charter services.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure the successful delivery of charter services, including logistics, operations, and customer service.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our charter services and build new business relationships.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management on market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback
