Description:

HOW WILL I HELP?

As a Business Development Manager for our Mortgage Broker Distribution business in NSW, you will manage a portfolio of Mortgage Brokers who you will liaise with, coach and develop to bring brand awareness and drive a sales outcome. You will build deep relationships with brokers and key stakeholders so you can better understand their business and become a trusted business partner in delivering positive home lending experiences for brokers and customers. Ultimately it will be your job to activate your allocated portfolio to deliver your targeted sales result, so your brokers can introduce customers to Westpac and therefore grow our market share.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivery of your activity, broker NPS and settlement targets by managing a large portfolio of residential broker relationships
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, team members and other stakeholders as well as driving new business.Role modelling superior customer service and risk management.
