REQUIREMENTS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience (3 years+) in digital marketing roles, with some experience on strategy development, campaign management, and performance analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable and willing to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE:

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, your primary purpose is to lead and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement across various online platforms. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns to meet business objectives and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and activities aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm’s social media channels and digital campaigns across various channels including search engines, social media platforms, email, and Adhoc paid advertising.
  • Good copywriting and proof-reading skills to ensure content is accurate and fit for purpose on relevant channels.
  • Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and compelling content for digital campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage the working relationship with the firm’s digital agency to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
