Description:

And you’re not yet a Loxonaut? Let’s change that! Building automation involves the automatic control, regulation, monitoring, and optimization of functions such as shading, lighting, heating, and other technical building equipment in a smart integrated system. As a Business Developer and specialist in the field of home and building automation, you will be in charge to build up new Businesses. If you have a high performer attitude and you thrive for building automation products and technology you are the person we are looking for. Currently we are hiring 5 people for India, South America, North Africa, Ukraine & Middle East.

Tasks

  • Continuous analysis and identification of potential projects
  • Development and elaboration of a joint strategy considering the respective customer needs
  • Creation of presentations and proposals for construction projects as well as negotiation of contracts and conditions
  • Organization and conduct of product presentations and workshops with customers
  • Intensive support and supervision of existing projects
  • Continuous relationship management as well as identification of future joint projects

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship or degree (college/university) in the fields of electrical, energy, or automation engineering, mechatronics, or business informatics/engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in business development, (key) account management, or sales management
  • Persistence, high consulting competence, and communication skills
  • Innovative, agile, and sales-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
  • Limited willingness to travel, as most appointments take place virtually
  • Fluently in Arabic, Spanish, French OR Hindu AND English

This is a 38.5-hour contract with flexitime. For legal reasons, we would like to point out that depending on qualifications and experience, a salary range of €35,000 to €50,000 gross per year is envisaged for this position.
