DESCRIPTION

We’re in search of a Business Development (BD) Officer to spearhead growth through identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborating across departments, you’ll implement sales processes and provide tailored services, utilising your strong business acumen and communication skills. Join us and play a important role in our mission to expand and thrive.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in an office and customer-focused setting.
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without formal authority and proficient cross-functional project management skills.
  • Experience in an international, multicultural environment with a strong grasp of multi-stakeholder dynamics.
  • Fluent in English (additional Spanish proficiency preferred) with excellent oral and written communication and organisational skills.
  • Upholds high standards of work quality, possesses a curious mindset, and is solution-oriented.
  • Self-motivated with a keen business acumen and a dedicated focus on customer service.
  • Familiarity with project management and/or customer relationship management tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities among existing and prospective clients.
  • Generate new leads across all services within our portfolio.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with current and future customers.

  • Proactively follow up on opportunities to ensure optimal outcomes.
