Responsibilities:
AS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER - MORTGAGES AT EMIRATES NBD, YOUR ROLE IS TO
Provide customers with information on financial products and services and also explore opportunities for cross-selling during customer interactions. The job holder should combine meeting financial targets with providing excellent customer service in order to achieve their set targets. To increase sales acquisition of Home loans in retails banking and to be part of mobile team that sells its products at one-to-one meetings, thus attracting new customers to the bank and contributing to customer loyalty
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key task is towards Selling Home loans product
- Work on Selling cross sell products
- Maintain low ratio of discrepancies / Follow compliance rules and policies
- Maintain Superior customer service and satisfaction
- Incumbent will have Sales target for core product
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
- Graduate or equivalent
- Banking Experience – 2 to 4 years
- Local or overseas experience 2 years
- Sales experience minimum 3 years
