Description:
Alison’s growing B2B team is seeking a proactive, diligent Business Development Representative (BDR) to engage with prospective clients. The BDR will be responsible for proactively sourcing opportunities across the full B2B Solution Suite (Free LMS, LMS+, API, Partnerships). The BDR will be the first interaction prospective clients & partners have with Alison, and will engage them in a tailored manner - sharing hypotheses on how our solutions can improve their organisation.
The BDR will partner closely with the Business Development Manager, Head of B2B, Marketing team, and B2B Customer Success function to drive conversions by adding value to every client engagement. This will include market development exercises, sector/industry-specific approaches, and product-led campaigns.

Responsibilities
Proactively source leads utilising LinkedIn Sales Navigator, leads lists, and existing database of prospects.
Sales qualify leads using BANT.
Book sales-qualified meetings for Business Development Manager.
Provide adequate pre-meeting prep for BDM.
Source opportunities across entire B2B Solutions Suite.
Hit weekly activity and meeting targets.
Develop market, industry, sector, and segment specific messaging to attract prospects.
Utilise CRM functionality to create opportunities at scale.
Feedback to Product Owner, Marketing, Tech etc on market needs & requirements
Data hygiene in Zoho.
Work with BDM, CSR & Head of B2B to devise BD & promotional strategies
As required, attend demos to learn the sales process in order to be able to pick up lower-value opportunities, and to ready yourself to set up into a full BDM role.
About You
Responsibilities:
Essential Experience: Previous experience within a Business Development or Sales role in a B2B environment, SaaS solutions, and use of CRM systems.
Advantageous Experience: Use of Zoho CRM, marketing knowledge, learning industry experience & experience working with SMEs.
You have a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

You are quick to understand value propositions and how to articulate them in order to guide prospective clients towards the right solution.
