Your Role - Igniting Growth:

  • Reach out to potential clients through engaging calls and emails.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries about Enghouse Interactive’s innovative technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, enhancing your key sales skills while supporting pipeline development.
  • Maintain active engagement with leads, ensuring a seamless follow-up process.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas, contributing to the generation of new revenue.
  • Collaborate with Product and Demand Gen teams to boost our brand presence and generate demand.
  • Utilize Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity reporting.
  • Stay up to date with the competitive environment and market trends

Qualifications We Seek:

  • 1-3 years of business development experience in B2B software, preferably SaaS.
  • Proficiency in CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales & marketing tools.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a proven ability to take initiative.
  • Track record of exceeding assigned targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • German and English, other languages are a bonus.
  • Strong multitasking ability, effective time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with technology tools for research and sales activity scaling (SalesLoft, Outreach, Hunter, Drift, ZoomInfo, InsideView, Discover.org).
  • Understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and their role in the sales cycle.
