Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join Korn Ferry Digital. We combine our unrivaled 50 years of consulting expertise in driving change with the power of our HR technology to transform organizations further and faster.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Independent, self-driven, well-organized, and able to inspire confidence in others.
  • Perseverance, insatiable curiosity, and a drive to succeed.
  • A keen interest in technology and how it helps our customers, staying up to date on the newest technologies and industry trends.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, and/or outbound prospecting.
  • Fluency in German and English is a must.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree desired. An advanced degree in business or a similar field is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Representing Korn Ferry Digital’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet their needs.
  • Sourcing and screening potential customers who can benefit from our products and services.
  • Creating and prioritizing target account lists within your defined territory, identifying and generating new business opportunities, and progressing the pipeline through the sales funnel with in-depth qualification.
  • Utilizing Salesforce, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Acting as the first line of communication with prospects.
  • Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
  • Developing relationships internally and collaborating with the sales team to define, recommend, and drive sales.
