A LITTLE MORE ABOUT YOU:

• Fluent in German : you will be emailing, calling, meeting prospects from the German market
• Bilingual in English is a plus
• A willingness to develop your sales skills. Your first two weeks will be spent at the Aircall Sales Academy and there will be continuous training and development.
• Organisation and time management skills
• Willing to work and grow in an international and diverse environment, where we thrive as a team and support each other to reach and surpass goals
• Enthusiasm and positivity! This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last
  We see you as the next generation of Aircall, so we are seeking motivated individuals who will flourish working in the team

• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch: Du wirst E-Mails schreiben, anrufen und dich mit Interessenten aus dem deutschen Markt treffen
• Zweisprachigkeit in Englisch ist ein Plus
• Du hast den Willen, Deine Verkaufsfähigkeiten zu entwickeln. Die ersten zwei Wochen wirst Du in der Aircall Sales Academy absolvieren, wo Du kontinuierlich geschult und weiterentwickelt wirst
• Du bringst ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Zeitmanagement mit
• Du bist bereit, in einem internationalen und vielfältigen Umfeld zu arbeiten und zu wachsen, in dem wir als Team erfolgreich sind und einander unterstützen, um unsere Ziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen
