Description:
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of customer facing skills,active engagement with sales account managers and understanding of One Identity’s Identity Security portfolio. This role will be based in Cork with a focus on UK and Ireland + EMEA markets . .
Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Account Managers
- Report to the Inside sales management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new campaign offerings
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years in software sales.
- Language Skills:Fluent in English (Fluency in second European Language preferred)
- Education:Bachelor’s degree
- Drive :Highly motivated, target-driven
- Skills: Lead qualification and CRM knowledge,negotiation,communication,prioritization, and time management skills.
- Presentation Abilities:Capable of delivering tailored presentations addressing diverse audience needs.
- Relationship Management:Proficient in relationship management and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
