Description:

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of customer facing skills,active engagement with sales account managers and understanding of One Identity’s Identity Security portfolio. This role will be based in Cork with a focus on UK and Ireland + EMEA markets . .

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Account Managers
  • Report to the Inside sales management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new campaign offerings

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1+ years in software sales.
  • Language Skills:Fluent in English (Fluency in second European Language preferred)
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree
  • Drive :Highly motivated, target-driven
  • Skills: Lead qualification and CRM knowledge,negotiation,communication,prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Presentation Abilities:Capable of delivering tailored presentations addressing diverse audience needs.
  • Relationship Management:Proficient in relationship management and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
