Description:

Are you ready to kickstart an exciting career in sales while also making a positive impact as a coach and mentor? We have the perfect opportunity for you!
Join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and become an integral part of our Sales process.
What you’ll be doing:
As a BDR, your main responsibility will be to identify and generate sales opportunities within a select group of target accounts that align with our Ideal Customer Profile. You’ll dive deep into researching these accounts and reach out to them through various channels such as emails, calls, and social media. We’ll provide you with the best practices and tools to ensure your outreach is effective and efficient.
But that’s not all! In addition to your sales targets, you’ll also have the exciting opportunity to lead a small team. You’ll be responsible for guiding and mentoring them, helping them reach their full potential. It’s a chance to showcase your leadership skills and make a real difference in the lives of your team members.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and leading a team inclusively to be high perfomers
  • Conducting in-depth research on target accounts to understand their business, key challenges, and motivations for needing our services
  • Proactively identifying and engaging with contacts within each account to drive growth opportunities
  • Taking ownership of outbound contacts and inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication
  • Leveraging our sales engagement tools and systems, including our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and Sales Automation platform, to streamline your workflow
  • Generating sales opportunities within the target accounts

In addition to these primary responsibilities, you’ll also have secondary responsibilities that include building relationships with key stakeholders, staying updated on industry trends, and championing our brand and solutions.

Who are we looking for?

  • To excel in this role, you should possess outstanding communication skills, both over the phone and in remote client interactions.
  • You’ll have the ability to clearly articulate the value of our products and services, providing clients with an exceptional customer experience.
  • Persistence and a positive demeanor are key, as you’ll be making a large number of calls each day and facing rejection at times.
  • Experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Good understanding of the financial markets, and an understanding of LSEG – who we are and what we do
  • Passion to learn and an appetite to succeed
