YOUR DAY TO DAY:

  • Responsibility - As Serrala’s new Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for connecting with key prospects and nurturing leads in a specific market.
  • Personality - Your sales-oriented personality will ultimately serve your internal customers, the EMEA Sales Team. As BDR’s we are entrepreneurial and are looking for a go-getter who is ready to think outside of the box.
  • Passionate about Sales - As a Serralian BDR, you will develop the skills to thrive in a variety of sales-related functions. We are looking for someone with sales DNA and a drive to learn.
  • Other Project - When you are not focused on leads, you will have the opportunity to support various projects to diversify your professional interests. Serrala will help build your sales confidence and mentor you to find the long-term career path where you will flourish.
