You will join the expanding business development activities in Central Europe and take responsibility to undertake administrative and marketing activities. You will report directly to the Regional Business Development Manager, you will prepare administrative documents of Tenders, formatting CVs, updating internal marketing tools. You will ideally have specific experiences and track record in one of the strategic sector of Stantec (environment, climate, water and energy) but any other specific sector expertise will be a value added (e.g. governance).
Key duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist Business Development for tender preparation;
- Follow up International Financed Institutions (IFI)’ tenders;
- Format/Update CVs of experts, project references and other relevant proposal documents
- Market research of sectorial developments in development countries.

What else is important:
Must have
- University degree in any relevant field;
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience;
- IT-skills: advanced use of MS Office, particularly Excel;
- Rigorous, accuracy and attention to detail;
- Creative, communicative, open-minded and results-oriented;
- Work ethics, dynamism and ability to cope with multiple tasks and stressful situations;
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Nice to have
- Good knowledge and experience on procurement procedure of international donors (mainly EU and EIB);
- Good understanding of at least one of the following sectors: energy, climate change, environment, water or good governance;
- Communication skills in any other EU language.
