We are on the lookout for a PERMANENT Business Development Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will engage with communities to significantly increase donations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement dynamic action plans for donor recruitment and retention, based on thorough data analysis and field interactions.
  • Conduct information sessions and recruitment presentations tailored to specific community demographics.
  • Engage new donors through referrals, networking, and cold calling, while managing relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the donor experience and retention.
  • Mentor and guide donor center staff in executing effective sales strategies.
