We are on the lookout for a PERMANENT Business Development Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will engage with communities to significantly increase donations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dynamic action plans for donor recruitment and retention, based on thorough data analysis and field interactions.
- Conduct information sessions and recruitment presentations tailored to specific community demographics.
- Engage new donors through referrals, networking, and cold calling, while managing relationships within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the donor experience and retention.
- Mentor and guide donor center staff in executing effective sales strategies.
