Description:

Global Track Warehouse is seeking a Business Development Specialist. This position will support our sales and operating tasks as part of the customer facing component of our company. Tasks will involve business development that requires work identifying accounts, creating presentations and proposals, scheduling and attending client meetings, tracking projects, and post-sale support. Your role will also involve analysis and assessment of operations, business processes and product lines to identify opportunities for improved performance, increased efficiencies, and effectiveness within our business.

Tasks

  • Develop sales campaigns from conception to distribution by coordinating with internal and external teams and stakeholders
  • Act as an extension of the sales team by assisting with product pricing, sales development, sales material creation, and marketing communications
  • Maintain and communicate timelines and scheduling of the various parts of campaign pre-sale process to stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external teams
  • Schedule appointments and prepare materials for client meetings
  • Identify and track business process improvements and customer accounts
  • Able to assist on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into actionable information to improve business processes
  • Monitor project status, identify risk/issues and suggest solutions
  • Create standard operating procedures and record them internally to enhance the customer experience
  • Prepare for and scribe meeting minutes; must have good speaking and communication skills
  • Facilitate and monitor the use and improvement of common management processes and approaches across the company

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Able to work with minimal supervision on complicated and multi-pronged projects
  • Manages time, by focusing on urgent and important tasks, avoids procrastination, follows up, shows strong attention to detail, meets deadlines
  • Excellent presentation and proofing skills, strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree related to business or management
  • At least 2-years of work experience
  • Willing to travel extensively nationally and internationally
