You will be a great fit for our team if you have:

  • Experience in External Technical Sales/Account Management (preferable not essential)

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for providing customer service along
  • The ability to interact with customers and staff at all levels
  • Well-developed computer skills

Ideally to succeed in the role and hit the ground running, it would be a huge advantage if you also have:

  • Prior experience with specialty or medical gases (preferable not essential)
  • Sales experience in Universities, Commercial Labs, pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas or medical industries
  • Tertiary qualifications in Chemical Engineering, Science or similar

Responsibilities:

As the Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and securing new customers with your exceptional sales closing skill set and increased prospecting activity.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and growth from existing and new customers.
  • Managing your pipeline of prospect opportunities.
  • Identifying market intelligence, best practice and relevant economic trends to guide decision making.
  • Travel to customer sites across Victoria

Ideally to succeed in the role and hit the ground running, it would be a huge advantage if you also have:
