Imagenet currently operates 8 U.S. facilities fully staffed to service each of our three divisions: (1) Claims Adjudication, (2) Contact Centers, and (3) Document Management w/Mail Room and EDI Generation.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Business Development Specialist at Imagenet, you will play a critical role in expanding our impact across the healthcare sector. This position demands a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and the agility to drive growth. By representing Imagenet’s cutting-edge services, you will engage with potential clients, including health plans, MSOs, and other key stakeholders, to forge lasting relationships that contribute to our mission of transforming healthcare.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a business development or customer-facing role, preferably within the healthcare industry/health plans.
  • Medial claims experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • P2E experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and supporting sales teams in a dynamic business environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce CRM and a willingness to adopt new technologies and methodologies.
  • A passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to driving positive change within the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Engagement: Serve as the face of Imagenet, articulating our value proposition to potential clients. Develop a deep understanding of their needs and how Imagenet’s services can meet them.
  • Lead Generation & Management: Employ a multifaceted approach to generate leads, including leveraging SalesForce CRM, cold calling, and strategic email campaigns. Cultivate relationships with potential clients, nurturing leads from initial contact to qualification.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities. Collaborate closely with sales executives to facilitate the advancement and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Sales Support & Closure: Act as a pivotal support for sales executives, aiding in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and research. Engage in follow-up activities to ensure the momentum of sales processes.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, setting the stage for long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Operational Excellence: Utilize and maintain SalesForce CRM with precision, ensuring accurate tracking of activities and support for sales executives. Regularly report on activities and outcomes, providing insights for strategic adjustments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for lead generation and sales processes, contributing to the refinement and efficiency of our business development efforts.
