As the Business Development Broker Intern, you will be part of the Broker Channel Team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Development Manager in various aspects of the broker channel’s growth and development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess good interpersonal & communication skill, both written and spoken.
- Possess computer competency such as MS office software applications, especially in Words (mail merge), Excel (Pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:
Support the Business Development Managers in terms of:
- Generating Motor Quotations with guided checklist and rater
- Facilitating new business, endorsements and renewal procurement process with internal stakeholders, ie policy management team
- Update sales report and pipeline reporting
- Coordinate with Brokers on Motor Fleet business on new vehicle updates
- Cover Note issuances for all lines of business.
- Generate Non-Motor quotation using internal Pricer guide.
- Extract claims data for BDM to facilitate renewal discussion.
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary to facilitate and improve in the business development process
